Where the listings come from
The initial directory used the Emergency Medicine Business Coalition’s public “Our Members” page, reviewed October 12, 2026. EMBC describes its membership as independent democratic emergency medicine practice groups. Additional groups were added by user submissions.
What each listing means
This is a directory of self-reported Independent Emergency Medicine Groups. Independent EM groups are physician owned with local physician leadership. Transparency and local decision making by physicians are hallmarks of these groups. Contact a group directly for recruiting opportunities and current practice details.
Missing a group or website?
This first edition includes EMBC members, rather than every independent group in the country. To suggest a change to the underlying membership list submit your practice for review.
Submit a group
Submit your practice for review. Every submission stays private until the directory owner verifies and approves it. The review process takes 2 days or less before your information is publicized. There are no costs to participate in the directory.
